Section R. 432.21610 - Minimum ageRule 610.
(1) Persons under 18 years of age shall not be permitted to sell charity game tickets.(2) A charity game ticket shall not be sold to a person under 18 years of age. This subrule shall not prohibit the purchase of a charity game ticket by a person 18 years of age or older for the purpose of making a gift to a person under 18 years of age, and shall not prohibit a person under 18 years of age from receiving a prize or prizes won from a charity game ticket.Mich.
