Section R. 432.21601 - Licensing requirementsRule 601.
(1) A qualified organization applying for an annual charity game ticket or special charity game ticket license shall meet the requirements of R 432.21204.(2) If a qualified organization wishes to sell charity game tickets in conjunction with a licensed large bingo, small bingo, special bingo, millionaire party, or large raffle to be conducted by the same qualified organization, an additional license is not required.(3) All sales of charity game tickets under subrule (2) of this rule must be in compliance with these rules.Mich.
