(1) A compliance meeting notice shall be issued in accordance with section 92 of the Administrative Procedures Act. The compliance meeting allows the licensee or lessor to show compliance before the conduct of a contested case hearing.(2) If compliance is shown or an agreement regarding future action is reached at this meeting, then the need for a contested case hearing may be negated.Mich.
