Section R. 18.208 - EnforcementRule 8.
(1) A person who openly and willfully refuses to conform to these rules, in addition to criminal penalties provided by law, is subject to immediate removal from a state building or state grounds, or both, by the state security unit, the facility manager, or any other person designated by the facility manager.(2) Nothing contained in these rules shall be construed as limiting prosecution under an existing or future penal law.Mich.
