Section R. 38.1106 - Quorum

Rule 106.

(1) A majority of the board shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business at a meeting of the board.

(2) When only 5 members of the board are present for a meeting, not less than 4 concurring votes shall be necessary for a decision.
