Section R. 281.2219 - Commercial look up service

Rule 19.

(1) The secretary of state shall look up watercraft title records for a fee. The fee for this research service shall be provided by statute.

(2) A copy of a record looked up pursuant to subrule (1) of this rule shall be certified upon request for $1.00.
