Section R. 281.2204 - Application for title; abandoned watercraftRule 4.
(1) A person claiming an abandoned watercraft may apply for a certificate of title. The application for title shall be accompanied by a certified or true copy of a court order which indicates that the applicant is the legal owner of the watercraft.(2) Upon receipt of the documents described in subrule (1) of this rule and the fees prescribed in section 10 of the act, the secretary of state shall issue a certificate of title to the applicant.Mich.
