Section R. 432.1001 - DefinitionsRule 1.
(1) As used in these rules, "act" means Act No. 74 of the Public Acts of 1997, being S432.271 et seq. of the Michigan Compiled Laws.(2) Terms defined in the act have the same meaning when used in these rules.(3) As used in the act, "managerial employee" means a person who is employed in the operation of a licensed casino and is designated as a managerial employee by the Michigan gaming control board.Mich.
