(1) The cash on hand at beginning of accounting period shall be part of the aggregate receipts for the next ensuing election, but need not be further itemized.(2) A committee shall not qualify for a reporting waiver if the committee has cash on hand in excess of the amount specified in section 24(4) of the act.Mich.
