Section R. 28.1804 - Rule 804. Violating terms of permit for backing vehicle to load or unload at a curb prohibited; violation as civil infraction(1) It is unlawful for any permittee or any other person to violate any of the special terms or conditions of any special permit issued to permit the backing of a vehicle to the curb for the purpose of loading or unloading.(2) A person who violates this rule is responsible for a civil infraction.Mich.
