Section R. 28.1714 - Rule 714. Pedestrians; soliciting the watching or guarding of vehicle in street or highway prohibited; violation as civil infraction(1) A person shall not stand on or in proximity to a street or highway for the purpose of soliciting the watching or guarding of any vehicle while parked or about to be parked on a street or highway.(2) A person who violates this rule is responsible for a civil infraction.Mich.
