Section R. 28.1711 - Rule 711. Pedestrians; obedience to bridge and railroad barriers; violation as civil infraction(1) A pedestrian shall not pass through, around, over, or under any crossing gate or barrier at a railroad grade crossing or bridge while the gate or barrier is closed or is being opened or closed.(2) A person who violates this rule is responsible for a civil infraction.Mich.
