Section R. 28.1617 - Rule 617. Bicycles; parking on sidewalk; violation as civil infraction(1) A person shall not park a bicycle on a sidewalk where bicycle parking is prohibited by official traffic control devices. A person shall not park a bicycle on a sidewalk in a manner that would unreasonably obstruct pedestrian or other traffic.(2) A person who violates this rule is responsible for a civil infraction.Mich.
