Section R. 28.1498 - Rule 498. Opening vehicle doors so as to impede traffic prohibited; violation as civil infraction(1) A person shall not open a door of a vehicle in a manner that interferes with or impedes the flow of traffic.(2) A person who violates this rule is responsible for a civil infraction.Mich.
