Section R. 28.1456 - Rule 456. Removal of wrecked or damaged vehicles; violation as misdemeanor(1) A person who removes a wrecked or damaged vehicle from a street shall remove any glass or other injurious substance dropped on the street from the vehicle.(2) The violation of this rule is punishable as a misdemeanor.Mich.
