Section R. 28.1452 - Rule 452. Driving through or over a safety zone occupied by people prohibited; violation as civil infraction(1) The driver of a vehicle shall not at any time drive through or over a safety zone when the safety zone contains any person therein.(2) A person who violates this rule is responsible for a civil infraction.Mich.
