Section R. 28.1412 - Rule 412. Violation of signs; violation as civil infraction(1) It shall be prima facie unlawful to exceed the speed stated on signs erected in accordance with a traffic control order or a traffic ordinance of any governmental unit having authority over that highway.(2) A person who violates this rule is responsible for a civil infraction.Mich.
