Section R. 28.1321 - Rule 321. Bicycle paths; vehicles prohibited; snowmobiles permitted under certain conditions; violation as misdemeanor(1) A person shall not operate a vehicle on or across a bicycle path, except to enter or leave adjacent property or as otherwise permitted in this rule.(2) A person may operate a snowmobile on a bicycle path that is snow-covered and that is not snowplowed for bicycle traffic.(3) A person shall not park a vehicle on a bicycle path.(4) A person who violates this rule is guilty of a misdemeanor.Mich.
