Section R. 324.91 - Definitions

Rule 1.

(1) As used in these rules:

(a) "Boating access site" means a state-operated public boating access site so designated by the department.

(b) "Department" means the department of natural resources.

(2) Terms not defined in these rules shall have the meanings customarily assigned to them.
