Section R. 281.780.7 - Van Auken lake, Bangor townshipRule 7.
(1) On the waters of Van Auken lake, sections 28, 32, and 33, T2S, R16W, Bangor township, Van Buren county, it is unlawful, during the period of May 15 to September 15, between the hours of 6:30 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. of the following day, to: (a) Operate a vessel at high speed, or(b) Have in tow, or otherwise assist in the propulsion of, a person on water skis, a water sled, kite, surfboard, or other similar contrivance.(2) On the waters of the canals and channels connected to Van Auken lake, section 28, 32, and 33, T2S, R16W, Bangor township, Van Buren county, it is unlawful for the operator of a vessel to exceed a slow-no wake speed.Mich.
