Section R. 281.744.5 - Otter lake; hours for high-speed boating and water skiing

Rule 5. On the waters of Otter lake, sections 6 and 7, T9N, R9E, village of Otter lake and Marathon township, Lapeer county, it is unlawful between the hours of 6:30 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. of the following day to:

(a) Operate a vessel at high speed, or

(b) Have in tow or otherwise assist in the propulsion of a person on water skis, water sled, kite, surfboard or other similar contrivance. (For regulation covering that part of Otter lake which lies in Genesee county, see R 281.725.10.)
