Section R. 281.725.10 - Otter lake; hours for high-speed boating and water skiing

Rule 10. On the waters of Otter lake, section 1, T9N, R8E, Forest township, Genesee county, it is unlawful between the hours of 6:30 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. of the following day to:

(a) Operate a vessel at high speed, or

(b) Have in tow or otherwise assist in the propulsion of a person on water skis, water sled, kite, surfboard, or other similar contrivance.(For regulation covering that part of Otter lake which lies in Lapeer county, see R 281.744.5.)
