Section R. 281.714.14 - Dewey lake; hours for high-speed boating and water skiing

Rule 1 4. On the waters of Dewey lake, sections 4, 5, 8 and 9, T5S, R16W, Silver Creek township, Cass county, it is unlawful, between the hours of 6:30 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. of the following day, to:

(a) Operate a vessel at high speed, or

(b) Have in tow or otherwise assist in the propulsion of a person on water skis, water sled, kite, surfboard or other similar contrivance.
