Section R. 281.714.12 - Little Fish lake; hours for high-speed boating and water skiing

Rule 1 2. On the waters of Little Fish lake, section 2, town 6 south, range 14 west, Penn township and section 35, town 5 south, range 14 west, Volinia township, Cass county, it is unlawful, between the hours of 6:30 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. of the following day, to:

(a) Operate a vessel at high speed, or

(b) Have in tow or otherwise assist in the propulsion of a person on water skis, water sled, kite, surfboard or other similar contrivance.
