(1) Each appellate counsel shall file a written notice of appearance in the office of the state judge advocate general and with the tribunal.(2) The filing of any pleading or other paper relative to a case in the office of the state judge advocate general which contains the signature of counsel constitutes notice of appearance for such counsel.Mich.
