Section R. 32.171 - Definitions

Rule 1. As used in these rules:

(a) "Act" means Act No. 523 of the Public Acts of 1980, being S32.1001 et seq. of the Michigan Compiled Laws.

(b) "Tribunal" means the military appeals tribunal established by the act.
