Section R. 460.3301 - Metered measurement of electricity required; exceptionsRule 301.
(1) All electricity that is sold by an electric utility or cooperative must be on the basis of meter measurement, except where the consumption can be readily computed or except as provided for in the electric utility's or cooperative's filed rates.(2) Where practicable, the consumption of electricity within an electric utility or cooperative or by administrative units associated with the electric utility or cooperative must be metered.(3) Meters must comply with part 6 of these rules.Mich.
