Rule 21. The allowable rates of withdrawal of gas for purposes of proration among producers and among several purchasers, transmitters or pipe lines from the same field, and the prorating of withdrawals among several fields shall be subject to Page 15 Courtesy of www.michigan.gov/orr approval by the commission. It shall be the duty of the commission to determine that production from any pool or field is not abandoned or unreasonably curtailed until recovery of all economically recoverable gas has been assured.
