Section R. 460.20301 - ScopeRule 301.
(1) The rules contained in this part are additional requirements for the design, fabrication, installation, inspection, testing, and safety aspects of the operation and maintenance of gas pipeline facilities operated within the state of Michigan.(2) Operators of pipeline facilities used in the transportation of gas that are under the jurisdiction of the commission shall meet all of the requirements of 49 C.F.R. §192, which is adopted by reference in R 460.20606, and all of the additional requirements in this part.Mich.
