Rule 404.

(1) Pleadings and other documents must conform to all requirements of these rules. The secretary, upon reasonable request, shall provide advice about the form of pleadings and other documents to be filed in a proceeding.
(2) Except for confidential documents and filings addressed under subpart E of these rules, pleadings and other documents filed with the commission must be electronically filed, searchable, and able to be copied and pasted.
