Section R. 792.10257 - Rehearings or reconsideration

Rule 257.

(1) The tribunal may order a rehearing or reconsideration of any decision or order upon its own initiative or motion filed within 21 days after the entry of the decision or order sought to be reheard or reconsidered.

(2) No response to the motion may be filed and there is no oral argument, unless otherwise ordered by the tribunal.
