Section R. 792.10201 - Scope

Rule 201.

(1) Parts 1 and 2 of these rules govern practice and procedure in all contested cases before the tribunal. To the extent there is a conflict between the rules in parts 1 and 2, the rules in part 2 govern.

(2) The rules in part 2 are known and referred to as the "tax tribunal rules" and may be cited as "TTR."
