Section R. 792.11901 - Scope

Rule 1901.

(1) The rules in this part govern department of corrections hearings before an administrative law judge, pursuant to the authority of 1953 PA 232, MCL 791.251 to 791.256.

(2) The part 1 general rules for the hearing system do not apply to department of correction hearings.
