Section R. 792.11112 - Settlement

Rule 1112.

(1) Settlement is encouraged at any stage of the proceedings where the settlement is consistent with the provisions and objectives of the act.

(2) A settlement agreement submitted by the parties shall be accompanied by an appropriate proposed order.
