Section R. 792.10135 - Request for reconsiderationRule 135.
(1) If the decision or order of an administrative law judge is final, a party may file a request for reconsideration and the administrative law judge may grant the request for reconsideration upon a showing of material error.(2) A request for reconsideration shall state with specificity the material error claimed. A request for reconsideration which presents the same issues previously ruled on, either expressly or by reasonable implication, shall not be granted.(3) A request for reconsideration shall be filed within 14 days after the issuance of a decision or order, or such other time fixed by statute or rule governing specific proceedings.Mich.
