Section R. 792.10124 - PresentationRule 124.
(1) A party may make or waive a closing statement. If a party elects to make a closing statement, the administrative law judge may order closing arguments to be submitted in writing and may require written proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law.(2) Unless otherwise directed by the administrative law judge, the party having the burden of proof shall go forward first with presentation of evidence. A party may submit rebuttal evidence.(3) Except as otherwise provided for by statute or rule, the complaining party has the burden of proving, by a preponderance of the evidence, the basis for the requested relief or action.Mich.
