(1) A manufacturer, outstate seller of wine, or wholesaler may sell wine to a church for use only in sacramental or religious rites.(2) A manufacturer, outstate seller of wine, or wholesaler who sells wine for sacramental or religious rites shall file a quarterly report with the commission on a form approved by the commission listing the amount of such sales. The report shall be submitted to the commission by January 15, April 15, July 15, and October 15 of each year.Mich. Admin. Code R. 436.1724
