(1) When bottled wine is transported in interstate or intrastate commerce, a copy of the invoice or bill of lading shall accompany the wine and shall be available for inspection by commission representatives and law enforcement agencies.(2) A truck driver of a manufacturer or outstate seller of bottled wine shall have invoices and bills of lading available for inspection by commission representatives and law enforcement agencies.Mich.
