(1) A special licensee may purchase spirits from a licensed specially designated distributor at the uniform sales price set by the commission.(2) A special licensee may purchase beer and wine from any of the following entities:(a) A licensed specially designated merchant.(b) A licensed wholesaler.(c) A licensed Michigan wine maker or small wine maker.(3) A special licensee may purchase mixed spirit drink from a specially designated distributor or from a licensed wholesaler.Mich.
