(1) A licensee shall maintain accurate records of alcoholic liquor purchases and sales.(2) A licensee shall maintain records sufficient to determine ownership of the licensed business and to whom the profits or losses of the business accrue.(3) The records required by this rule shall be maintained for a 4-year period of time.Mich.
