Section R. 436.1961 - Hearing; procedures; findings of fact and conclusions of lawRule 11.
(1) The hearing shall be conducted pursuant to the procedures established for a contested case in Act No. 306 of the Public Acts of 1969, as amended, being S24.201 et seq. of the Michigan Compiled Laws.(2) The commission shall make findings of fact and conclusions of law.Mich.
