Section R. 400.18604 - Home environment

Rule 604.

(1) A congregate facility shall be constructed, arranged, and maintained to adequately provide for the health, safety, and well-being of occupants.

(2) All occupied rooms shall be of standard lath and plaster construction or an equivalent.
