(1) If a master plumber ceases to represent a plumbing contractor, both the plumbing contractor and the master plumber who was employed by the plumbing contractor shall notify the department immediately of any changes in the employment status of the master plumber.(2) The contractor license may be summarily suspended pursuant to section 507 of the act, MCL 339.5507, until the contractor designates an employee or officer who is a licensed master plumber to represent the plumbing contractor license.Mich.
