(1) An individual who does not hold a license issued under the act shall not advertise for work that requires a license, as that term is defined in section 105 of the act, MCL 339.5105.(2) A violation of this rule constitutes false advertising pursuant to section 607(f) of the act, MCL 339.5607.Mich.
