Section R. 408.30559 - [Rescinded effective 4/9/2025] Preliminary review

Rule 559. Section 104.2.3 is added to the code to read as follows:

104.2.3. Preliminary review. When a building permit is required by the code, the owner or owners agent may request a review of preliminary construction documents to determine compliance with this code.
