(1) Disconnected fuel service lines shall be locked off or plugged so as to prevent leakage.(2) Disconnected electrical service lines shall be removed from the home site and the home site pedestal circuit breaker master switch shall be placed in the off position. If a fuse system is installed, then the master fuse shall be removed. The protective cover of the circuit breaker or fuse box shall be secured.Mich. Admin. Code R. 125.1710
