Section R. 125.1701a - Certification of status of complianceRule 701a.
(1) The initial certification of compliance shall be issued by the department of environmental quality when applicable.(2) A mobile home park or seasonal mobile home park shall be reviewed annually. The review shall be based upon a completed annual inspection report and other pertinent information. The certification shall contain 1 of the following recommendations: (a) The mobile home park or seasonal mobile home park is eligible for license renewal.(b) The mobile home park or seasonal mobile home park is eligible for license renewal, provided that certain conditions are met. The conditions shall be listed on the certification.(c) The mobile home park or seasonal mobile home park is not eligible for license renewal. Items not in compliance with the act or rules shall be listed on the certification. The applicant shall be notified of the items of noncompliance.Mich. Admin. Code R. 125.1701a
