Section R. 125.1417 - Retailer; supervision and controlRule 417.
(1) It shall be a failure upon the part of a retailer to exercise supervision and control of an employee if the retailer has knowledge that a provision of the act or these rules pertaining to regulation of retailers is being violated by an employee and immediate action is not taken to correct the violation so as to insure compliance with the act or these rules.(2) A retailer shall have the burden of proof to show compliance with this rule.Mich.
