Section R. 125.1415 - Retailer; disclosures in purchase and listing agreementsRule 415. A retailer shall do both of the following:
(a) Disclose in the listing agreement that the home offered is located on a home site in a community and, if required, that the seller has obtained approval for the sale of the home on the home site in the community. The listing agreement shall also disclose the compensation to be received by the retailer upon closing.(b) Disclose in the purchase agreement that the purchaser has obtained approval for his or her tenancy in the community.Mich.
