Section R. 125.1315 - Community construction and conversion feesRule 315.
(1) The following nonrefundable fees shall accompany the documents submitted under R 125.1905 for new community construction or for expansion of an existing licensed community: (a) Application for plans approval and a permit to construct.....$185.00 plus an additional $4.00 for each home site over 25 home sites, to a maximum of $1,000.00.(b) Application for an extension of a permit to construct ....$185.00.(2) A nonrefundable fee of $505.00, plus an additional $4.00 for each home condominium home site over 25 home sites, that is to be constructed, shall accompany the documents that are submitted for the construction of a new home condominium or the expansion of an existing home condominium.(3) For an existing community that converts to a home condominium with an increase in the number of home sites within the community, the accompanying nonrefundable fee shall be $505.00, plus an additional $4.00 for each home condominium home site over 25 home sites, to a maximum of $1,480.00.(4) A nonrefundable fee of $50.00 shall accompany an application for a permit to construct that is submitted under the provisions of R 125.1950.Mich.
